Expansion device: Adjust the distance between the gripping device and the steel pipe to ensure accurate gripping and avoid collisions or gripping failures.
Grasping device: Designed according to the shape and size of the steel pipe, it uses electric permanent magnet suction cups, vacuum suction cups, or mechanical grippers to avoid surface damage. The gripping capacity is usually 0-100kg.
control system
Core: Using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or industrial computer as the control core, it receives production line signals (such as start/stop commands) and sensor data.
Function: Generate control instructions, coordinate the operation of various components, implement complex logical operations and motion control, and ensure accurate and stable palletizing process.
Parameter input: Supports one click switching of parameters such as steel pipe diameter, length, and bundling type to meet different specification requirements.
Self checking function: After the stacking is completed, the stacking stability is automatically detected, and any problems can be adjusted or re stacked; Simultaneously provide manual testing interfaces to ensure controllable quality.

Weight sensor: detects the weight of the steel pipe (if applicable) in order to adjust the gripping force and stacking method of the control system, avoiding overloading or unstable stacking.

Transmission device
Conveyor belt/roller conveyor: Transport steel pipes from the production line or storage area to the working area of the palletizer to ensure continuous and stable feeding.
Roller design: Some equipment adopts a combination of palletizing front roller, rear roller, and intermediate conveyor chain to meet the conveying needs of different lengths of steel pipes. The roller length and motor power can be customized (such as 400-1400mm rollers, motor power 2.2-5.5KW).
Stacking mechanism
Coordination between conveyor rollers and palletizing rollers: By adjusting the angle of the palletizing rollers, flexible stacking can be achieved, and the number of stacking layers and arrangement can be adjusted to meet different stacking needs.
Intelligent algorithm: supports adaptive adjustment of steel pipe size tolerance, ensuring gripping stability and reducing stacking errors caused by size deviation.
2、 Working principle
Product delivery
The steel pipes are transported to the working area of the automatic palletizer through a conveyor belt or other conveying device to ensure accurate position and posture of the steel pipes for subsequent grabbing.
Product identification and positioning
After the steel pipe enters the working area of the palletizer, the machine vision system or sensors (such as laser sensors) recognize and locate the position, posture, and size of the steel pipe, providing accurate data for grasping.
Capture and stacking
Based on the recognition and positioning results, the robotic arm (equipped with electric permanent magnet suction cups, vacuum suction cups, or mechanical grippers) accurately grasps the steel pipe and places it in the predetermined position.
The stacking method and layers can be adjusted according to actual needs, such as square bags, hexagonal bags, and other forms.
Stacking completion and inspection
After one or several layers of steel pipes are stacked, the palletizer will perform self inspection or wait for manual inspection to ensure the quality and stability of the stacking.
If any problems are detected with the palletizing (such as uneven stacking, tilted steel pipes, etc.), the palletizer will make corresponding adjustments or restart the palletizing process.
